Hi all,
I just purchased some long lines off the internet:)
I dont have a horse but i thought that maybe i could practice with them anyways:)

Hi EquiAbi,
of course there are some things you can practice with the long lines:
1. How to throw them (in case of Join-Up, there are videos about this topic here in the Uni),
2. how to stay safe in any situations when dealing with "normal" or "more difficult" horses,
3. doing the longlining itself (maybe with a friend's horse or at a riding partnership?).
So have fun while learning, and most important whenever dealing with any kind of an animal: STAY SAFE!
