This site is designed specifically for those who would like to further their education through watching, listening and reading educational information and taking optional multiple-choice tests designed primarily by Monty Roberts; with additional information supplied or presented by Monty's Certified Instructors and authorized Special Guest educators. There is no "graduation" or "certification" from subscribing to the Equus Online University. Subscribers wishing to receive certification are required to attend courses in person for live evaluation of skills and correct practical use of technique. Those persons who progress through the online lessons can eventually download a digital record of achievement. This is NOT to be used as a substitute for certification. This is NOT to be used to promote or advertise in Monty Roberts name or with his trademarked terms.

Cancel at any time - but note: For paid subscriptions, an access fee of $30 will be kept for cancellations made after the first two hours from sign up. Cancellations made within the first two hours of sign up will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 3 months will not receive a refund. For the 6 month minimum, monthly recurring subscription, subscribers can cancel any time after the sixth month by writing to admin@montyroberts.com. To cancel a promotional (free) subscription, which does not require payment or payment information, does not require notification by the subscriber. The subscriber will be given the option to purchase a subscription at the end of the promotional (free) period. The subscriber can opt to subscribe at that time or at any time during the promotional period by choosing and paying for a plan on the subscriber’s profile page. If the subscriber does not wish to purchase a plan, the subscription will lapse and become inactive.
Properly learned, used and communicated to your horse, exactly as demonstrated by Monty Roberts in the Equus Online University, the language Equus, Join-Up® and related concepts will improve your relationship with your horse. If you can irrefutably prove otherwise, after 12 months of study and application of these theories by you absolutely in accordance with Monty Roberts' guidelines, then you may claim your student subscription back, under this guarantee. Purchase of this subscription is for your personal use. Sharing your subscription with anyone will compromise your individual user information. It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure. If you believe your password may have been compromised please notify us immediately.

Periodically, we raise our prices. One of the advantages of automatic recurring billing, is that your monthly or yearly fee won't change. As a convenience, for 30 Day (6 months minimum), 6 month and 1 Year subscriptions, your subscription is added to our recurring billing system. Your credit card is re-billed automatically on the renewal date. Don't worry, you may opt out of recurring billing at any time and pay the full amount you've committed to.
If you do have a recurring billing membership, please remember, the pricing of the original term will remain unchanged even if our prices change.
To cancel your recurring Visa or Mastercard subscription payment, please contact us by email before the expiration of your subscription term and we will remove you from any future recurring billing.
Please notify us at least 48 hours if you wish to cancel your Credit Card recurring billing before your next renewal date. Please note there are no refunds for recurring billing once the charge has been processed.
Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will continue for the length of the initial term you select on your Plan ("Subscription Term") and at the end of your prepaid Subscription Term, it will automatically renew for another prepaid period of the same length unless you choose to cancel prior to that renewal, or your Service is cancelled, terminated, or discontinued by you or by us, or you select a different Plan. Your account will automatically be charged (or you will be billed, as applicable) at the rates in effect at the time of renewal. We may, at our option, process your renewal on a month-to month basis instead of your chosen Subscription Term.
Monthly billing: if you wish to take-out a subscription period of 6 or 12 months, but find it difficult in the current economy, Monty Roberts has decided to ease your hardship by offering a pay-monthly option. This monthly billing will deduct the standard fee of $9.00 US for 12 month subscriptions, and $10 US for 6 month subscriptions. Whilst this easy route into the University is convenient for students, it is still a commitment for a period of at least 6 months or 12 months. Once committed, the full 6 month or 12 month period must be paid for in full, albeit paid monthly.
