hi,
I live in devon and i would LOVE to do a Monty Roberts course and i looked them up but all of them were in Califonia:(
So instead i looked up the Kelly Marks courses but all of hers were too far away to go to as well:(
Does anyone else have that problem? i was thinking that maybe when they came on tour then they could run some courses further down the country?

I don't know anything about your question. But this year I travelled half the world to do a course in California (I am living in Hamburg, Germany!) and it was really worth it!
So try it!

I so know the feeling you have! I live in Australia so it is halfway round the world for me to get to flag is up farm! We do have 3 instructors in my country and one is in a state not too far from me but i live on an island so would have to fly to get to it and it is very expensive to do that from here! So don't worry i am sure there are plenty of others in your situation in devon and surrounding areas. You will get there...remenber the old saying 'where there is a will there is a way!'

Hi EquiAbi,

You are living in Devon, so there are possibilities for you to go to Kelly Marks. It's in the same country and not so far as what we have to do. I traveled to Devon last November to see Monty and Kelly and it was wonderfull.
So try to pick yourself up and go to Kelly, she is wonderfull and it is worth to go!!!!
You will not regret it, I am sure.

Hey Abi,
I am from Co Cork in Ireland and like Jasmin I also travelled to California last August to attend Montys Special training course which was turly amazing. I met some amazing people including Jasmin (hope all is going well with you and will mail you soon!!!)and got to spend a week at Flag is Up Farms. It turly was a dream come true, but put your mind to something it can be achieved!! This course inspired me to learn more about horses and animals in general and I am now doing an animal welfare evening course in Ireland. I am travelling to see Kelly and Monty on the 25th Feb in the UK and cannot wait :) Speaking of which anyone any suiuggestions where to stay in Bristol or Summerset?
