Hi guys thanks for all the fab advice. :) I have been working from the ground over the past few days and hes come on fantastic no longer kicking out at me:). My partner who is learning to ride on a cob wanted me to help him with his dressage test Intro B - SO in walk i let him follow me i was on mickey he was on his horse tom. ones he got it i followed him to see if he could do it,and success he did. then he had a trot on tom and mickey happily followed. So i let mickey continue ( No bucking or napping ). so i pulled him up praised him and did one lap with out following tom and he was fantastic. so ended it on a good note.Little, often and building trust from him so he can understand what im asking. I had no history with him other than they showed him in hand and lightly backed but was apparently walking trotting and cantering. Regards Kim and Mickey xx
