I thought we had a thread for other interesting sites, but 30 min of looking hasn't yielded any results so I simply introduce this delightful and highly visual, pedagogic site about horses anatomy. (And forgive me if someone already has - like I said; I couldn't find it.)

Gillian Higgins actually paints the bones and muscles on the horses and gives clinics to show what happens when they move. Absolutely fantastic work!

The riding school Darrell my daughter attends had Horse Inside out come and do a demonstration a few years back, unfortunately we weren't at that school at the time so missed a wonderful opportunity.
