my horse has never been to a ridden show before. She is a little spooky whilst on trail rides but totally relaxed with another horse so im not sure what to do. What should i do to make her first horse show both enjoyable for her and myself? Should i take another horse as a companion for her?

Which of your horses is this? Is it one you have talked about before or a different one.
this is the same saddlebred. She had done adult riders and in hand shows but not proper ridden shows. She is awesome with another horse but is a typical horse as this is what they are like, and is a bit silly without a companion. I think she has slight seperation anxiety as she gets very anxious and will throw her head around, rub herself on you continuously, eats grass extremely fast, jogs etc all whilst shes out by herself.
I'm not sure which is best, but a problem with bringing a friend along for a horse with separation anxiety is that it can get ten times worse when it is your time to go into the ring for the show. If she keeps calling for and hearing her friend then the ring will be extra stressful instead, and getting away from there, going back to her friend, will become a lot more desirable thing for her.
.
Maybe it is better if she gets used to going to these things on her own - and if so, maybe the first couple of times should be done with this training in mind, rather than doing well at the actual show.
The latter part will serve to make the show more enjoyable for you since the stress over results is taken out of the equation and hopefully will keep you calm and focused on the what's really important that day.
