HELP!!! How do I unsubscribe?

There doesn't seem to be any way at all! Why can't I unsubscribe with a simple click? Absolutely nobody has responded to my emails sent to the support team. Please, somebody help. I can no longer afford this subscription and also have no time. Please don't start robbing my money away every month without me having a choice. I should've known better!

It really easy,
have you tried clicking Edit next to your profile picture, then at the end of the page there's a button to unsubscribe. Support is really quick to answer through there :)

Thanks, but there's nothing to even suggest unsubscribing. I've looked through this entire website - nothing. It's been weeks since I've last lodged an email to the support team and have not heard anything from them since. Can anybody else help me? Or am I doomed to pay for a subscription I won't be using, month after month?

Surely there's others out there in the same boat as me. Wonderful website, awesome teaching tools but this is dreadful!

I think there's a minimum time you have to subscribe for, did you check that when you signed up ?

Oh, Beth Quinn, sorry I didn't see this. I'm not sure where you were emailing but the gold Support tab on this page gets me immediately for Support with anything really. Also, Lucie is right that there is a Cancel in your profile as soon as 6 months has passed on the month-to-month subscriptions. You were just one month in.
