Has anyone one out there read Montys' book:
Horse sence for People?
I'm reading it now, my daughter bought it for me.
At the beginning of the book he tells us of an experience he had with a Mustang mare.
It brought tears to my eyes.
Fantastic book. I'm enjoying it so much.
Tell me if you read it and what you thought.

Hi Ronda,
I read it in German, too. It is some time ago, but it was a fantastic book. I don't remember everything, but isn't it the Mustang mare that "killed" Monty's saddle and behaved as if he was her foal? Great story! I just saw it again in one of his DVD's he's not selling at www.montyroberts.com.

Thank you both so much, I appreciate you research for me.
One thing to keep in mind, I live on the east coast of Canada.
It would be difficult for me to purchase books or DVD'S from far away countries.
I'll look to see if they have them available in the USA, that would be easier.

Actually May, I found them all at the shop under DVD'S.
They are a little more than I can afford right now but perhaps by summer of next year.
Wood is pretty expensive and her new stall and round pen has to have priority right now.

Hi horseaddict,
I am enjoying this book so much. I can use all the help I can get with my dealings with humans.
I have always been shy of people and have taken courses on communication with others and still have trouble.
I'm fine when dealing with others while doing so by writtting but when it comes face to face that is another matter, I get real nervous.
This book is helping me so much in a lot of ways.

Ronda, I have had the exact same problem with people. I'm a lot more comfortable writing to people rather than actually being there in their face talking. If that book is really helping you with this I guess I should reread it! I read that book in High School.
