It would be wonderful to see much more of how the willing partners go through their training to carriage driving. I have seen the short clips on the willing partners portion of the website but would very much appreciate more advice and help on how you train and particularly how you cope and help the ponies with any fears they may have over the restrictions of the shafts and the absolute necessity to stay calm throughout everything!
Please help the driving world with all your wonderful advice!
Many thanks
Elsie

Morgan that will be awesome at pulling a cart !

I would love to see that too. My knees have been bothering more lately so I think it would be awesome to see how you go to the next step from double long lining to having my horse pull something, and then a cart or carriage....I would even be happy with her pulling something like a two wheel trotters cart you see at the races.....my horse is just for pleasure.
I too drive the heavy horses, and would like to see the standing still, head straight feet quiet videos while in harness or even lunge lines. the willing partners horses probably aren't driven in pairs, but any info would be helpful to us.

yes, would love to see this, too.
I would also love to see Monty do anything driving related. I am no longer allowed to ride due to spinal surgery, so have switched to driving and am planning to train my little Welsh Mountain Pony to harness.
Yes, I'd love to see lessons on this too!
I would also love to see some driving lessons, come on Monty maybe you oblige us with a late Christmas present.
I would love to see more on training the driving horse and how we can help to overcome any problems we may have.
