Videos won't load on Univeristy

Is anyone else having troubles with the videos on the University loading? Sometimes one will load and then I go to watch another one and nothing loads. Worked good when I first joined but lately not very good.

There are a couple of things you can do to your computer to make sure the videos are loading correctly. First empty the cache and browsing history. If you have FireFox as you browser you should be OK. I know this browser works correctly, but make sure that you have the latest version. When you click on the video to start it only click once. If it does not start, quite the browser and start over. I had to do that a few ties. If you still are having problems restart your computer.

Hi Stephen,
Something else you can do often, I do mine at the beginning of every month is to defrag your computer.
That will get rid of any unecessary files and give your computer more speed and clearance.
On most search engines you will have a tools icon (upper right side), click on that and go to internet options, click.
Then go to history, click and clean.
Then go to settings and make sure your computer is set at at least 250 so you have the speed to see video's smoothly.
Also, if you do not have high speed or enough MGB'S in your computer it will seem like the videos are jerky.
Before I start any program, every day I clean up my browsing history, that way it is clean sailing for me.

The videos are working this morning. Hopefully they continue to work. Also I do have high speed. Lets hope this problem is fixed now. Thanks.
