Lately I tried to post a question to the "Support"-Helpdesk of this Uni and found it didn't "submit". Today I gave it another try and still the same result!
What can I do to change this?

I have had a similar problem once before and thought perhaps it is a glitch in the system somewhere.

Yes it is the Support tab, and when I try to send the message, it keeps "submitting" forever.

I am also having problems with the video when watching the lessons. It is very small, it won't enlarge to go full screen and the tool bar is missing from the bottom. Also the support tab does not submitt anything

Have you tried it in IE? I get the very same problem with Firefox, but not in Explorer.
(I still prefer Firefox so I live with it, but I hope they will fix the compatibility problem!)
