Some of you may remeber when I put up a pst called "Experiences" And I told about how I was thrown from a horse and ended up in hospital for a few hours.
I have been working with the horse that threw me through this last school holiday (which is the only time I get to see him) and I find that I realy am starting to grow a great relationship with him, and I find that since that fall he has been more willing to join up with me, and work with me.
I did join up with him during this last holiday, and a few friends where there watching as I did it. They were so thrilled at how he really wanted to be with me and work with me that they asked if I could show them how to do it. Well when I showed them how to do it (with the horses they were working with)and talked them through it the results where amazing. for the rest of the week it was so much fun working with him and the rest of the horses.
Its amazing how something bad can happen, but then in the end something good came out of it in the end.
I am now saving to hopefully buy him. I have to consult my parents first, but hopefuly I'm praying they will agree.

Hi HorseCrazy
.
That is so good to hear! Good on you :-) You should be really proud of yourself for having the confidence to try again with this horse, for achieving join-up and for showing others the Monty Roberts way. Good on you :-)
.
In response to that post you made I told the story about my mare Dolly that I had when I was a kid. She put me in hospital many times - I don't even know why I kept trying to ride her...
.
Well, I often wonder how different my relationship would have been with her if I knew then what I know now. My husband and I have had such wonderful results in applying Monty's methods with our horses - and we aren't even professionals! And it still works. Just amazing.
.
Good luck with your efforts in purchasing him. I really hope everything works out well for you.
.
Good luck,
