thank you for this series of lessons, Monty ! As I learn from the extended notes, we will learn a lot about saddle fitting history and about new and maybe yet unknown new theories and tecniques. This is very different from the usual "how to" videos in which the producer (or seller) just celebrates his way of saddle fitting and does not provide any information about other tecniques or the history. I am looking forward to next wednesday - much more because my youngster will be ready to be started in springtime next year so this education comes ride on time :-) VioBerlin

Hi Vio!
When I was at Flag is Up this spring, this series was filmed, so I can tell you it's worth it!
I remember that Monty had a Cavallo-pad in prototype there, that made a great difference, when pressure was being measured scientifically under the saddle. It makes you feel very small to realise that most saddles don't fit the horses that have to deal with them in some way. Difficult with young horses is, that they still grow and build up muscles. Let us know how your youngster is progressing towards his first ride!

These New Lessons are getting better with every one. ;o)
This Lesson is very intriguing. I love the way it takes from history so you get a full picture of why and how we should look at saddle fitting. The video history clips made the lesson even more interested. Another Great Lesson.
