Hi,
I was just wondering if you have made any changes to the Flash videos?
I can no longer get the control bar at the bottom to appear, so I can't pause, rewind or fast forward. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
I have the latest update for Flash and as far as I know (I could very well be wrong here!) it should work OK with Firefox.

Hi Kicki & Unicorn,
I just went to the videos and they were a bit hesitent but played. Not as smoothly as normal but did play.
Have you tried letting the suppor group know?
Is your tab working (the yellow one on the left side of the screen)?
Hope this helps,
Ronda
Sorry girls,
There was one other thing I wanted to mention, how is your spam. I have found that if I have spam in my mailbox and I play a video it will be jerkey or not paly at all.
I do not know the techical term but my IT man told me to make sure my spam is empty, it can interfer.
Hope this helps,
Ronda
Hi Ronda,
Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, I've sent a "ticket" to Support. I have no problem whatsoever with the lesson vids, except that the control bar is gone.
Make sure you have the latest version of Firefox. You can get it here:

Also, for Flash:

I had a reply from Debbie. Turns out the control bar works in IE, which is great! (but I still prefer Firefox...) ;)
