I am not new to horses by any means. I've been addicted to them and been an owner for about 30 years. I've ridden in several disciplines - basically anything I can do to be with them.
I moved to south west Virginia about a year ago. I've found a few good horse friends in the area, but I'd like to find others that follow Monty's methods. I found an instructor in Georgia, but working full-time really sucks up my valuable horse time making it hard to travel far.
Anybody reading this post anywhere nearby? I'm not far from Iron Mountain Horse Camp in Ivanhoe, VA (miles of beautiful mountain trails).
I'd be happy to help coordinate a clinic in our area if there is interest.
