Hi,
I would love to see a series of lessons clearly distilling Monty's leadership points, or leadership model that he uses for dealing with people. Regardless of where we work with horses or in other daily jobs, the common denominator is that we must deal with people. To spread the concept of non-violence, we need to apply facilitative leadership in our daily encounters with others. I've read Monty's books applying join up concepts to people, but would really appreciate a video talk on the subject, or a series of lessons on how to apply Monty's thoughts on leadership.

Nice idea Fay
I agree - this would be helpful. Afterall, in order to make life better for horses, we may have to encounter people along the way!
