Hi Kelly,

No, I can't get the programme here in Holland. I tried H&C website and tried to find missed programmes. I can find your serie and Monty's, but not the last Christmas special. Maybe later they will put this Christmas special.

Oh by the way, Kelly, thank you for the IH magazine and the DVD. I love it!!!! Lot of information and fun as well.
Tomorrow I am going to buy a ball, to do my exercises. I never thought about this, but I am sure this will work perfectly for my balance.
I already did those Stable in the Saddle exercises and it went very well.

I can't promiss you that I come to Britain this februari.
Hope you and Monty are coming to Holland one day.
