Hi,
I was excited to read in an email that as a student of MR, I was entitled to 50% off the cost of a Cavallo pad,only then to discover that this offer was only in the U.S, not the U.K. Are there any ways around this, or alternatively plans to extend the offer?

I have the same information you read in Monty's newsletter. But I found out that there are possibilities to order the same pads in the UK, either the english or the western version. But it's without the 50% discount. If you are interested, tell me and I'll give you the links.

I think I wrote this in another thread, but I can repeat it here too.
If you can find someone in America, who is willing to receive and ship them on to you, you can ask to have them delivered to that address in the US (as a gift) and get the discount.
Mind you, postage will be a bit.

Thanks very much to all who have contributed. The email from MR clearly says 50% not $, perhaps it is a typo as on the Cavallo site, it does state $50. Either would be fab as the products are around £70+ or equivalent in local currencies. I am able to order one here in the Uk, thanks, and I don't know of anyone resident in the US, so shall probably 'watch this space.' Best wishes

After deliberating over the Cavallo saddle pad, I decided to purchase one and wanted to recommend
www.horseand more.co.uk. The service I received was most knowledgeable and efficient,( arriving within 24 hours !) the pad was very competively priced too. They appear to have a lot of high quality products for sale. I have yet to test, however the quality workmanship is clear to see in the product.
