how to change membership from monthly to yearly

Hello! 100 lessons completed
Don't know how else to get an answer to this question.  I have belonged for a year.  Love
everything here.  I'd like to change my membership from a monthly fee to an annual fee but I
can't seem to find how to do that.  I don't want to cancel or I'll lose all my timeline, etc.  Would someone take a moment to instruct me?  Thanks in advance!

Hi. I'm not sure how you would do this ( not my expertise ) BUT you'll see an amber/gold disc with a ? in it. Press that & you can email support. They WILL be able to help you. Oh, and welcome to the Uni. Cheers, Jo.

Hi. I'm sure you'll hear from them in due course - probably open normal office hours rather than 24/7. In the meantime, I'm pleased you like what you've found here. You say you've been on a monthly subscription for a year so, how come you have no accreditations yet? In a year you must have completed the 100 lessons needed for your first one, surely!? Perhaps you didn't realise that once you've watched (studied) each lesson you can scroll down, having pressed 'Done' at the top left of the screen & answer four related questions. Get these correct (& it's not a daunting one off chance) & you pass that lesson. Each one goes towards earning your accreditations. In case you're wondering, yes I share my life with four ponies, hence why no picture - can't play favourites with them, too many to fit us all in & I don't like selfies! Hope you use the forum in future so we can offer suggestions to help you with your horsemanship. Cheers, Jo.
